Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Member Service Representative position for a Tyler company!
We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Start in a Teller position to gain hands-on training and experience
• Process member transactions accurately, including deposits and withdrawals
• Provide excellent customer service and assist members with account inquiries
• Cross-train in additional Member Service Representative duties
• Support daily branch operations as needed

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous customer service or cash handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
