What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with daily safety inspections and hazard identification
  • Support employee training and new hire orientations
  • Track incidents, maintain records, and assist with reporting
  • Review fleet camera footage for safe driving practices
  • Help enforce safety policies and build a strong safety culture
  • Learn OSHA, DOT, and industry standards on the job

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Interest in safety, construction, or manufacturing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and CPR/First Aid are a plus
  • Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a clean driving record

Work Environment

  • Combination of office and industrial settings
  • Active role with regular walking and outdoor work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Occasional regional travel (twice per year)
