Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Collections Specialist (Temp) position for a Tyler company!
We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate billing functions in accordance with state, federal, and local regulations
• Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts and collections
• Communicate with clients regarding billing questions and payment arrangements
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Assist the Billing Manager with daily operations and reporting

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous experience in billing, collections, or accounting
• Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• Pay Range: Based on experience
• Benefits: Eligible for benefits upon permanent hire
