Schedule Options:

• Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Monday–Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM with half-day Friday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Planner to support our efforts in achieving ISO 9001 certification. This role will focus on developing, documenting, and refining work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document work instructions, SOPs, and process workflows aligned with ISO 9001 standards
• Interpret blueprints and existing documentation to create clear, accurate procedures
• Observe current operations and translate processes into structured, compliant documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of procedures
• Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements for compliance and efficiency
• Ensure all documentation meets ISO 9001 quality requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with ISO 9001 standards, quality systems, or process planning
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to observe workflows and translate them into clear, structured procedures
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
