Our client is expanding their team and is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to support fast-paced industrial operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

·         Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, skid steers, and other industrial equipment

·         Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns

·         Follow standard operating procedures and site safety protocols

·         Load, move, and transport materials safely and efficiently

·         Monitor equipment performance to ensure smooth operations

·         Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues when possible

·         Maintain accurate production and operational records

·         Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets

·         Keep work areas clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

·         Previous experience operating heavy equipment in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments

·         Valid equipment certification or operator training is an asset

·         Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team

·         Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts with flexibility for other shift schedules

·         Strong communication skills

Requirements

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Reliable transportation to the site

·         Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
