Who We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience as an administrative or executive assistant
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organization skills
  • Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent attendance and reliability
  • 4-year degree in a related field is a plus

What You’ll Tackle Daily

  • Manage the President’s schedule, meetings, and priorities
  • Handle confidential communications and correspondence
  • Organize and attend meetings, taking notes and tracking follow-ups
  • Work on projects, reports, and executive presentations
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with precision

Work Environment

  • Office + manufacturing setting (may include loud noise, high temperatures, dirt/sand)
  • PPE required: steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, dust masks, or respirators
  • Able to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs safely
