Salary: $21.00-$25.00/HR

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay: $21.00-$25.00/HR

Duties:

  • Provide compassionate care and therapeutic support to youth within residential programs

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Assist with daily residential operations, including medication administration and routine procedures

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation to ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards

  • Support a safe and structured environment through appropriate behavioral interventions

  • Model positive behavior, communication, and problem‑solving skills for youth

  • Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Must meet one of the following:

    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree with a focus on child and youth care work

    • Degree in a social or behavioral science field

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

  • Physically able to meet the demands of the role, including providing therapeutic physical restraints when necessary

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship‑building skills

  • Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations

  • Commitment to supporting youth through trauma‑informed and strengths‑based approaches
