Salary: $17 - $19/hr

Express is now hiring a Lawn Care Tech on behalf of our client, a trusted landscaping and lawn care provider serving the greater Madison area. 

 

We are seeking a reliable team player to be a Lawn Care Technician on a mowing team. This role involves mowing, trimming, edging and blowing off grass clippings

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns using a zero-turn mower
• Trim and edge around sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping features
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely

Qualifications:

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to operate basic lawn and landscaping equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Work Schedule:

• Full-time
• Typically Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekends during peak seasons

Compensation:

• $17 - $19/hr, Hourly pay based on experience
• Opportunities for overtime and advancement

Work Environment:
This position involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and light rain. Safety gear and training will be provided.
