Receptionist & Office Assistant
Location: Gulfport, MS
Pay: $16.00/hour
Status: Part-Time (approx. 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM) with Potential for Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Receptionist to manage our front desk and keep our Gulfport office organized and welcoming. This is a versatile role that goes beyond answering phones—you will be the "go-to" person for ensuring the office is stocked, running essential errands, and providing administrative support to the team. Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for the office, professionally answering phones and greeting guests.

Office Coordination: Maintain office hospitality by keeping the fridge stocked with drinks, refreshing candy/snack stations, and ensuring printers are always loaded with paper.

Daily Errands: Handle daily out-of-office tasks, including picking up team lunches and running essential business errands as needed.

General Upkeep: Monitor common areas to ensure the office remains tidy and professional throughout the day.

Administrative Support: Assist with basic filing, mail distribution, and other clerical tasks to support the team.
Requirements

Reliability: Must have dependable transportation for daily errands and lunch pickups.

Attitude: A friendly, "can-do" personality with a high level of professional etiquette.

Proactivity: The ability to see what needs to be done (like refilling supplies) without being asked.

Flexibility: Comfortable with a schedule that is currently 10 AM – 3 PM, with the potential to transition into full-time hours.
