A well-established, family-owned company in the area is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations while supporting administrative and inventory-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and can confidently lead a small warehouse team.

 

Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

While typical hours follow a set schedule, occasional flexibility is needed for work outside of those hours as business needs arise.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily workflow for a team of 5 warehouse associates
• Release and manage outgoing orders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Enter and track incoming receivables
• Create locations for new inventory and assign barcodes as needed
• Generate and print labels for fabric cutters and inventory items
• Communicate regularly with company leadership regarding operations and updates
• Collaborate with office staff to resolve discrepancies or damaged inventory issues
• Assist with pulling orders as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the loading dock area
• Receive and sign off on deliveries (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight carriers, etc.)

 

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including supervisory experience
• Experience working in a small to mid-sized distribution setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working with numbers and inventory
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and “see the big picture”
• Comfortable performing both administrative and hands-on warehouse tasks
• Experience using a pallet jack required (forklift experience not required)

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs occasionally
