Position Title: Bilingual in Spanish - Recruiter / Employment Specialist

Pay Rate: $36,000 - $40,000 a year plus commission.  (Based on Experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)

The Employment Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with a wide pool of qualified talent for our client pool.
  
The ideal candidate will have strong social and leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a drive for sales. These essential functions will be asked of the selected candidate:

• Maintaining a high level of daily activity to fill job orders with urgency
• Qualifying clients through our interview process.
• Making marketing calls to expand existing and create new business
• Interviewing multiple applicants daily and developing strong relationships.
• Following up daily with clients and associates to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Communicating effectively with your co-workers daily to ensure job orders are filled in a timely manner

Customer service or sales experience.
Understanding of common business practices and procedures.
Bilingual preferred.
High school diploma/GED.
