Role Overview

Are you a "people person" with a passion for helping others find their perfect home? We are seeking an outgoing and organized Leasing Agent to join our residential community in Ocean Springs. You will be the first point of contact for future residents, guiding them through the touring process, managing applications, and ensuring our current neighbors feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Tours: Enthusiastically showcase our apartment homes and amenities to prospective residents, highlighting the unique benefits of living in Ocean Springs.

• Lead Management: Respond to phone inquiries and internet leads promptly, maintaining an organized pipeline of potential renters.

• Lease Administration: Guide applicants through the background check and income verification process. Prepare and execute lease agreements with 100% accuracy.

• Resident Relations: Assist current residents with service requests, package deliveries, and community updates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Marketing Support: Assist the Property Manager with "curb appeal" checks and social media updates to keep our community looking its best.

Requirements

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, "service-first" attitude.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using property management software (such as Yardi, AppFolio, or Entrata) and Microsoft Office.

• Organization: Ability to multitask in a busy office environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Availability: Must be able to work a consistent schedule, which may include some Saturday hours for tours.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, high-end retail, or hospitality is preferred.
