Laundry Production Worker

Location: Long Beach, MS

Pay: Starting at $11

Schedule: 7-Day Operations (Rotational shifts)

Hours: Average 45 hours per week (Overtime potential)

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Laundry Production Workers to join our team in Long Beach. This is a fast-paced, industrial environment where you will be responsible for the high-volume processing of linens. Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Load and unload industrial washers and dryers, ensuring machines are operated according to safety standards.

• Laundry Processing: Sort, fold, and stack linens, towels, and other textiles with speed and accuracy.

• Quality Control: Inspect items for stains or damage before and after processing to ensure client satisfaction.

• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the shift.

Environment & Physical Requirements

• Physical Stamina: This position requires standing and moving for the duration of the shift. You must be able to lift and move laundry bundles as needed.

• Temperature: While the plant features a spot-cooling system, it can get warm during summer months. An air-conditioned breakroom is provided for your comfort.

• Shift Details: Shifts include two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Dress Code & Requirements

• Footwear: For your safety, no open-toed shoes are allowed.

• Attire: Casual dress is permitted. Shorts are allowed (please note: no spandex or biking-style shorts).

• Preparedness: The breakroom features soda and snack vending only; we highly recommend employees bring their own lunch.
