Pay: $36–$40 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Sunday–Friday daytime hours (Saturday & Monday off)
About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual Logistics & Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate daily delivery schedules, driver dispatch, and operational logistics.
This role plays a key part in keeping our warehouse and delivery operations running smoothly while serving as a communication bridge between drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys coordinating people and schedules, and is comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate driver and crew schedules for pick-ups and deliveries using routing software to determine efficient routes

Compile and distribute daily delivery and pickup schedules

Maintain communication with drivers throughout the day and provide dispatch support as needed

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text regarding delivery updates, reservations, pickups, and reminders

Close out prior-day contracts in the company system to ensure accurate inventory tracking

Monitor onboard vehicle camera systems and report safety or operational issues to management

Maintain and update database of third-party vendors and sub-rental partners

Coordinate ordering of third-party services and supplies (including linens, restrooms, and related items)

Assist with fleet administration including scheduling maintenance and repairs

Reconcile credit card charges and receipts related to operations

Support warehouse and operations teams with administrative coordination tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required)

Experience with clerical procedures, logistics coordination, or database systems

Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly

Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse operations, or operations coordination strongly preferred

Experience supporting driver scheduling or delivery operations is a plus
Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods working at a desk, computer, and phone

Ability to move throughout the warehouse/operations facility as needed

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
