Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Biloxi team. This isn't your typical "sit-at-a-desk" role—you will be the vital link between our customers, our sales team, and our shipping department. This position requires someone who is highly organized, proficient with administrative paperwork, and enjoys a fast-paced environment that keeps them moving throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities

Order Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to process incoming orders and ensure all client specifications are met.

Logistics & Shipping: Track order progress from the initial sale to final shipment, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Departmental Liaison: Physically move between departments (Sales, Warehouse, and Shipping) throughout the day to verify order status and relay critical information.

Heavy Documentation: Manage a high volume of paperwork, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customer files, with 100% accuracy.

Client Relations: Provide professional updates to customers regarding their order status and resolve any shipping-related inquiries.
Requirements

Active Nature: This role requires the physical stamina to walk between various departments and warehouse areas consistently throughout the shift.

Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable navigating order management software and performing digital data entry.

Detail-Oriented: A strong "eye for detail" is required to manage complex paperwork and prevent shipping errors.

Coachability: Ability to take direction well from multiple department heads and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience: At least 2 years of previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
