Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Biloxi team. As the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate is a "people person" who can navigate complex inquiries with patience, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Support: Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, providing clear and helpful information to resolve customer inquiries.

  • Account Management: Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information and documenting all interactions in our internal database.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction; escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company services, policies, and procedures to provide the most accurate assistance possible.

  • Follow-Up: Ensure that customer issues are resolved completely by conducting timely follow-up calls or correspondence.

Requirements

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.

  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple software screens simultaneously and proficient in basic data entry (typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred).

  • Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or when dealing with difficult situations.

  • Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and consistent attendance.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a professional office or high-end retail/hospitality customer service environment is a plus.
