Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Busser to join our team in Biloxi. You will be the "unsung hero" of the dining room, ensuring that our guests always have a clean, welcoming place to sit and that our servers have the support they need to provide top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

• Table Maintenance: Promptly clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware after guests depart.

   

• Sanitization: Clean and reset tables, chairs, and booths quickly to maintain a high turnover rate during busy shifts.

   

• Server Support: Assist waitstaff by refilling water, delivering bread or chips, and helping with "pre-bussing" (clearing items as guests finish them).

   

• Atmosphere Upkeep: Ensure the dining area remains tidy by spot-sweeping floors and organizing condiment stations.

   

• Stocking: Keep service stations replenished with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.

   

Requirements

• Pace: Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

   

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays (up to 30 lbs) for the duration of a shift.

   

• Professionalism: A friendly, well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.

   

• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
