The Packer is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment by accurately packaging, labeling, and inspecting materials to ensure quality and safety standards are met. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency within the production and distribution process.

Key Responsibilities

• Package moulding and related products according to company standards
• Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies prior to packaging
• Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipment or storage
• Stack, wrap, and palletize materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Work collaboratively with production and warehouse team members to meet daily goals
• Assist with other manufacturing or warehouse tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
