We’re looking for a maintenance‑minded, highly organized individual to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our maintenance department running smoothly by managing parts, vendors, deliveries, and essential reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and order maintenance parts and supplies
• Set up and manage vendor preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
• Coordinate plant deliveries via UPS and FedEx
• Complete daily and weekly data entry for maintenance reports
• Organize and maintain the parts room and tool area
• Assist with additional maintenance support duties as assigned

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Day shift only

Pay

• Starting at $20 per hour
• Experience will be taken into consideration for final pay

Ideal Candidate

• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Comfortable working with vendors and coordinating logistics
• Able to track parts, tools, and maintenance inventory
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Previous maintenance or parts‑room experience is a plus
• Lifting 25 LBS
