Inside Sales Associate

Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $24–$27 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Associate to support daily branch operations. This position plays a key role at the sales counter, assisting customers, processing orders, and keeping workflows moving efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, balancing multiple priorities, and being a dependable resource in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers, delivering professional and solution-oriented service throughout the day
• Enter orders, prepare quotes, and manage transactions accurately using an ERP system and standard office software
• Support fulfillment and counter operations as needed, including pulling products and coordinating with inventory teams to meet customer timelines

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or counter sales
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Clear communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented approach
• Ability to stay organized while multitasking in a customer-facing role
