Thursday – Sunday
4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Full-time | 4x10 schedule

Position Overview:

• Keep a fast-paced production facility running by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment
• Work hands-on with conveyors, motors, belts, and mechanical systems in a loud, active mill environment
• Ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and staying busy throughout the shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime
• Complete preventative maintenance and follow work order systems
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide repairs and installations
• Weld, fabricate, and assist with installation of equipment as needed
• Dismantle, move, align, and reassemble machinery and components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
