About the Job

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a plant merchandising company to complete a project located in Tumwater, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys physical labor work, and is specifically interested in plants. This position will also be a mix of customer interaction as well, so someone who enjoys helping customers would be a great fit.

This position is a temporary project starting on March 30^th and expected to last for 6 weeks. The pay rate is $22.00/hr and there are a variety of shifts available covering 7 days a week. Employees will have the ability to sign up for shifts that would bring their total hour per week anywhere between 12 to 36 hours per week. There is some flexibility with the schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandising racks of flowers and plants
• Sweeping and other clean up activities
• Loading and unloading new merchandise as it comes in
• Watering and taking care of plants
• Customer service

What You Bring:

• Must have customer service experience in a fast pace role such as fast food or retail
• Must be willing and able to lift 50 lbs and move heavy plants around throughout the shift
• Must be willing and able to communicate effectively with customers and provide top notch customer service.
• Must be able to commit to the shifts selected and complete the full 6 weeks of work.
• Must have proven ability to work independently and be a self starter
