About the Role

A manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, support CMMS accuracy, and improve overall equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work orders
Maintain and update CMMS data
Create detailed work plans for preventive and corrective tasks
Support parts purchasing for maintenance needs
Lead daily/weekly planning meetings
Review maintenance reports and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures

What You Bring

Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma required; technical training preferred

Physical Requirements

Standing/walking 50% of shift, bending/kneeling, using hand tools, and lifting 25–35 lbs as needed.
