The idea candidate will have proven experience performing routine infrastructure tasks to include but not limited to basic carpentry, electrical, painting, drywall, plumbing and door locks. Any exp with electro-magnetic card key entry devices highly desired. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check to qualify. Starts at $19.00 p/h.
