HP Indigo Press Operator – 2nd Shift | $24.50/hr | Temp-to-Hire

A growing international manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HP Indigo Press Operator to join their team in Arlington Heights, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term employment and excellent benefits once hired.

This role is ideal for someone with printing press experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in quality and safety.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday
• 3:20 PM – 11:50 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Overtime available based on production needs
• Weekend work may be required as needed

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor an HP Indigo Press to produce printed rolls according to production specifications
• Coordinate work activities with the production schedule
• Communicate any quality, safety, or production concerns to management immediately
• Ensure equipment is operating properly and assist maintenance/technicians as needed
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Label and complete production orders accurately
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• HP Indigo Level 1 Certification
• Previous digital press or printing experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adjust schedule based on production needs
