Location: Winona, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $18/hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and mechanically inclined individuals for a Mechanical Assembler position with a local, family-owned company in Winona, MN. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity in a temperature-controlled environment.

What You’ll Do

• Test winches and lifts (simple pass/fail checks)
• Assemble cranes, winches, and trolleys with hand tools
• Read basic blueprints and follow step-by-step processes
• Keep products organized and ready for shipment

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stay productive and self-directed
• Experience with hand tools; forklift experience a plus

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs (team lift up to 100 lbs)
• Stay active—standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
