Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Manufacturing company located in Irwindale CA.

Duties:

Performs data entry duties with regards to sales figures, Metrics and other key data. Answers questions from customers or individuals about product and directs them to the person able to assist the, Acts as a liaison with other departments.

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Developed and maintain a filing system
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Other Duties as assigned

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 DOE Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Background Profile:

• Minimum 2 year of Customer Service in Manufacturing
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems
• JobBOSS system a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
