Key Responsibilities

• Assemble window components according to specifications and production schedules
• Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Measure, cut, and fit materials such as glass, frames, and seals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
• Report defects, equipment issues, or production delays to supervisors
• Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and basic technical instructions
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
