CNC Machine Operator | $22/hr | 1st Shift

A clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of producing high-quality parts with precision and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC routers (3-axis preferred) to cut, shape, and finish materials
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate production
• Utilize Enroute software (or similar) for tool pathing and machine operation
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedure

Requirements for CNC Machine Operator

• 2+ years of experience operating CNC routers
• Experience with Enroute software strongly preferred
• Familiarity with 3-axis CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment/Schedule

• 1st shift: 6:00am-3:30pm
• Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility
• Quiet and well-lit production area
• Team-oriented environment with independent workstations
