We are working with a local organization in Sarasota that is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician (Temporary) to assist with day-to-day technical support and IT operations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Compensation: $20/hour
Assignment Length: 2–3 months

Position Summary:

The IT Support Technician will provide hands-on technical support to end users, assist with device setup, and help maintain overall IT operations. This role requires experience beyond basic helpdesk functions and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software issues in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Set up and configure mobile devices, including iPhones
  • Assist with Microsoft Office support and general user issues
  • Support device management systems such as Intune, Ninja, or similar platforms
  • Assist with basic IT tasks, including equipment setup and relocation
  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests while maintaining a high level of customer service

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (beyond entry-level preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with mobile device setup and configuration
  • Familiarity with device management tools such as Intune, Ninja, or similar systems preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
