Job Type: Full-Time M-F 6a-6p; Occasional Mandatory Saturdays 

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Casing Mill Worker to join our operations team. This role involves working in a fast-paced industrial environment supporting the production, handling, and processing of casing materials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with heavy equipment, including crane operation, welding, and general machine operation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor casing mill machinery and equipment
• Safely handle, move, and position materials using overhead or mobile cranes
• Perform basic to intermediate welding tasks as needed
• Assist in machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Prior experience in a casing mill, steel mill, or manufacturing environment
• Experience operating overhead cranes or similar lifting equipment
• Basic welding skills (MIG, TIG, or Stick preferred)
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting, standing, heat, etc.)

Work Environment:

• Industrial setting with exposure to noise, heat, and heavy equipment
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
