Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician with hands-on experience in circuit debugging and troubleshooting to support the development and maintenance of machine vision products. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering teams to diagnose, repair, and optimize electronic systems used in imaging and automation applications.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Debug, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuits at component and system levels.
• Analyze schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation to identify faults.
• Perform testing and validation of machine vision hardware (cameras, lighting, controllers).
• Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
• Support prototype builds, system integration, and production testing.
• Document issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve product reliability and performance.
• Assist in firmware/hardware integration and basic embedded system debugging.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper calibration.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics troubleshooting and debugging.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and PCB layouts.
• Experience using electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, etc.).
• Soldering and rework skills (SMT and through-hole components).
• Experience with machine vision systems, industrial cameras, or imaging hardware.
• Familiarity with communication interfaces (USB, Ethernet, RS-232/RS-485, I2C, SPI).
• Basic understanding of embedded systems or firmware debugging.
• Experience with automated test setups or production environments.
• Knowledge of ESD and safety standards.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm
