Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Counter Associate to join our team in Port Charlotte. This position is responsible for assisting customers at the front counter, processing orders, and providing product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn. Experience in water treatment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter in a professional and friendly manner
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and showroom area
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and order fulfillment
• Load and unload products as needed
• Support team members with general duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn point-of-sale systems
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous counter sales or customer service experience
• Experience or knowledge in water treatment products and systems
