Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals in Sacramento is recruiting for a Steel Pipe Mill Machine Operator to join a local manufacturing company. This role involves operating equipment such as milling machines, end mills, revolving lathe tools, and drill presses to produce metal, steel, aluminum, or plastic components. Candidates will work from engineer-provided blueprints to set up machines, assess specifications, and produce parts with precision. The company is willing to train mechanically inclined individuals with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate milling machines, end mills, drill presses, and revolving lathe tools
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production specifications
• Set up and adjust machinery to produce batches of parts
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure parts meet quality standards
• Follow established processes and instructions consistently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Learn and develop new skills through hands‑on training

Qualifications:

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Solid and consistent work history required
• Ability to follow directions and established processes
• Previous hands-on experience with machinery is a plus
• Must pass a drug screen prior to start
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
