Pay: $22.00/hour

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a residential community in Sacramento. This is a full-time, long-term role for an individual with experience in apartment or property maintenance. The position involves completing work orders, performing repairs, and supporting the overall upkeep of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete general maintenance work orders in occupied and vacant units
• Assist with apartment turnovers as needed
• Perform basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting
• Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in apartment, property, or facility maintenance required
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
