MIG Welder - 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) - $25 per hour
Location: Muskegon Area

We are working with a great local manufacturing company that is looking to add an experienced MIG Welder to their 1st shift team. This is a clean, well-run shop with strong leadership, steady work, and long-term opportunity.

Shift:
1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform MIG welding on heavy metal materials such as steel and structural components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Set up and maintain welding equipment and tools
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder (heavy metals experience preferred)
• 2 years of recent MIG Welding Experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Familiarity with welding safety standards and procedures
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions
