Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate
Location: Edinburg, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate to support daily operations. This role involves assisting customers, processing sales, and coordinating orders while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability
• Prepare and manage customer orders, invoices, and purchase orders
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry in company systems
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Work Environment:

• Office and warehouse setting
• May require standing, walking, and light lifting
