They are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and play a key role in creating a smooth, positive employee experience from onboarding through ongoing employment.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including system setup and orientations
- Ensure all onboarding and offboarding documentation is complete and compliant
- Manage employee system access and deactivation
- Maintain accurate HRIS records
Employee Status Changes
- Process pay changes, promotions, and employment updates
- Submit documentation to payroll and maintain accurate records
- Assist with employment verifications
Benefits Administration
- Support benefits enrollment for new hires and open enrollment periods
- Administer 401(k) enrollments and maintain accurate records
- Audit benefits data and invoices for accuracy
- Respond to employee benefit-related questions
HR Support
- Monitor and respond to internal HR requests and tickets
- Route and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure timely communication and resolution
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of HR, administrative, or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
