Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, receiving, and organizing inventory while maintaining safety, efficiency, and accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and prepare orders by sorting labels and pulling materials
Wrap, pack, and stack pallets securely for shipment
Apply shipping labels and inspect items for accuracy and damage
Load outbound trucks and stage deliveries
Scan pallets and update WMS in real time
Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy
Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies
Label and store products in designated locations
Rotate and organize inventory to maximize warehouse space
Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Keep aisles, shelves, equipment, and floors properly maintained
Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisor or management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience preferred
Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker, etc.)
Ability to lift and move 50–75 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills
Familiarity with WMS systems preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
