Express is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to support daily customer communications and administrative operations for a client in Morgantown. This role focuses primarily on handling customer inquiries, managing shared communications, and assisting with order-related support tasks.

 

The ideal candidate is professional on the phone, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

 

Customer Service Representative 

Pay: $19

Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Location: Morgantown, PA

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls, primarily order status inquiries
  • Use the Deacom system to quickly look up and provide order information
  • Manage and organize the shared company email inbox
  • Send invoice requests and order acknowledgements to customers
  • Assist with status reports by retrieving information from Deacom
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets with accurate order data
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 2+ year of prior administrative or customer service experience 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Strong computer knowledge required 

  • Must have your own transportation 
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
