Our Reading area client is seeking customer service representatives to join their growing team! Express is offering a new opportunity for those qualified for and interested in this position!

 

Customer Service Account Manager

 

Pay: $20-$23/hour depending upon experience

Shift: Must be available to work 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, between the hours of  8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Location: Reading, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Account Manager:

• Service customer requests for quotes and orders received through, phone calls, emails and other communications
• Confirm details and information about orders to make sure that correct products and materials are brought in for production
• Enter information into database and running reports to provide for production
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Customer Service Account Manager:

• 4-6+ Years of customer service experience
• Experiences in Microsoft Excel, CRM and warehouse management software experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred, not required
