The perfect candidate for this position will thrive in a fast-paced environment, while still being able to maintain quality work and attention to detail. We are seeking someone with an outgoing personality and “Can-do” attitude, who is able to handle all kinds of personalities on a daily basis.

 

Job Duties Include:

  • Answering a very busy, multiline phone system
  • Taking and entering orders into proprietary computer system
  • Data entry
  • Administrative duties assigned by supervisor
  • Documenting any pertinent information on clients in the company computer system

Qualities and Skills Required:

  • Outgoing and customer service oriented.
  • Good computer skills are a MUST.
  • The ability to multitask is a MUST.
  • Must be detail oriented and motivated.
  • Must be reliable and have excellent attendance record.
