Job Summary:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to take on a hands-on role that plays a critical part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our components. This position goes far beyond basic inspection work — it offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully across multiple stages of the production and finishing process.

In this role, you’ll work with precision tools such as thread gauges, ring gauges, and plug gauges to verify thread accuracy, perform visual inspections to identify defects, and ensure that anodized and plated parts meet strict cosmetic and dimensional standards. You’ll also support final part preparation, maintain inspection equipment, and communicate quality findings that help keep our operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
