Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Client's commitment to quality, compliance, and operational excellence. This position is responsible for coordinating outbound order inspections, fulfilling customer compliance requests, and maintaining accurate quality documentation across internal systems and customer portals. The role is primarily administrative in nature, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, organization, and process adherence.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform final review of outbound orders to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Complete customer compliance requests and supporting documentation
• Maintain organized, accurate and traceable quality records within ERP system
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure quality compliance 
• Proactively resolve issues that could impact shipment accuracy, customer satisfaction
• Participate in training across warehouse and cleanroom environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or quality-related role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Comfortable working with ERP systems, shared drives and compliance portals
• Ability to manage and organize documentation with a high degree of accuracy
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to handle repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency and focus
