ob Summary: We are seeking experienced, versatile Construction Professionals to join our team for various projects across the Tempe and Chandler areas. If you are a "jack-of-all-trades" with a strong work ethic and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the trades, we want to talk to you!
Desired Skill Sets (Experience in one or more of the following):
Carpentry: Rough framing, finish trim, cabinetry, or deck building.
Drywall & Paint: Hanging, taping, texture matching, and professional coating.
Concrete & Masonry: Formwork, pouring, finishing, or block work.
Electrical/Plumbing: Basic installs, troubleshooting, or assisting Journeymen.
Demolition & Site Prep: Safe operation of power tools and debris management.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5+ years of verifiable experience in general construction.
Tools: Must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in Arizona outdoor conditions.
Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and teamwork.
