Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift – Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime

 

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing company located in South McAllen. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience operating presses, drill presses, plastic molding machines, and other manufacturing machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines, including presses, drill presses, and plastic molding equipment

• Maintain quality control by inspecting finished products and making necessary adjustments

• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Troubleshoot and report minor mechanical issues

• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous experience in manufacturing machine operation

• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

• Must pass a background check

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
