Inventory & Fulfillment: Assist with inventory counts, order pulling, and professional material handling.
Fabrication Support: Use saws to make precise cuts and assist with basic welding/assembly as needed.
On the Road: Operate a company work truck to make occasional local deliveries (No professional delivery experience required!).
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the shop and warehouse organized and ready for daily operations.
Technical Skills: Previous experience using industrial saws or any basic welding experience is a major plus and qualifies you for the higher pay range.
Eagerness to Learn: If you have a great attitude and want to learn specialized trades like metal cutting and welding, this is the place for you.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle material moving and warehouse tasks throughout the day.
Compliance: Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) for driving, and be able to pass a 5-panel drug test and background check.
