Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Flooring Warehouse Associate for a local company. This role is ideal for someone experienced in construction materials, warehouse operations, and job site support within the flooring industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Routinely lift and handle heavy materials, including bags of Thinset, sand mix, mortar, and boxes of tile
• Assist delivery driver with unloading trucks and verifying incoming orders
• Verify that all setting materials and flooring products picked up by installers are accurate and complete
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points for setting materials and request purchase orders as needed
• Pick up materials from distributors and transport to warehouse or job sites
• Deliver and unload materials at job sites as required
• Return materials to distributors for credit when necessary
• Maintain company equipment, including work trucks, bobcat, and yard/warehouse tools
• Keep warehouse and yard organized, clean, and operational
• Perform general labor and miscellaneous duties as needed to support operations

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy materials regularly and perform physical labor
• Experience in warehouse, construction, or flooring industry preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with material transport and deliveries
• Strong attention to detail when verifying orders and materials
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
