Schedule: Full-Time | Mon – Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

At $20/hr, we are looking for a "self-starter" who can manage a fast-paced shipping floor while also taking pride in keeping the facility's yard organized and professional.

What You Will Do:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull orders from the warehouse according to pick tickets and prep them for delivery or pickup.

• Shipping & Logistics: Securely pack and label outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is correct and orders are "right the first time."

• Yard Management: Maintain the outdoor yard area, ensuring inventory is organized, debris is cleared, and the facility is accessible for incoming/outgoing trucks.

• Inventory Control: Assist with receiving incoming shipments and stocking shelves to maintain an efficient workflow.

• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for the whole team.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial yard environment is highly preferred.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift, and comfort working in both indoor and outdoor (Louisiana weather) conditions.

• Organization: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to keep both the warehouse and yard in top shape.

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable for this role.

• Compliance: Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug test and a comprehensive background check.
