Are you a QuickBooks Guru who loves untangling complex files and creating organized systems? Express Employment Professionals of Metairie is looking for a highly competent accounting or bookkeeping professional for a short-term "deep clean" project in Harahan.

If you have an eagle eye for detail and the expertise to audit and correct a QuickBooks system, we have a high-paying, quick-turnaround project for you.

What You Will Do:

• System Audit: Review current QuickBooks files to identify inconsistencies, miscategorized entries, or reconciliation errors.

• Database Cleanup: Execute a comprehensive "cleanup" of the system to ensure all accounts, vendors, and ledgers are accurate and up to date.

• Process Optimization: Provide expert guidance on bookkeeping best practices to help the client maintain a clean system moving forward.

• Reconciliation: Assist with any back-dated accounting work or CPA-level adjustments needed to balance the books.

What We Are Looking For:

• The "Guru" Factor: You must be incredibly proficient in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop). While a CPA license isn't required, you must have the competence of a high-level bookkeeper or accountant.

• Experience: Proven history in accounting or heavy bookkeeping roles where you have successfully managed system migrations or cleanups.

• Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently to solve problems quickly.

• Efficiency: This is a 1-2 day project—we need someone who can come in, assess the situation, and execute the fix immediately.
